Good post by CJ on the museum

While i do think bloggers will never replace the newspaper (unlike some), they do have their place. CJ Summers, the guy who actually researches his opinions, did a good post today on the Museum. Here’s the biggest thing I took from this — what a shame. If you read the tone of his post, it’s clear that CJ believes the whole thing is a joke. And that’s a shame. It’s taken so long to get anywhere on the project and the tumbling economy, the war and gas prices haven’t helped. Mix in problems with the city, design and whatnot, and the museum, I fear, has become a white elephant.

I do believe it’s not too late to fix it but there are a lot of people who just don’t believe in it. The next few months should be interesting in terms of PR and how the Lakeview folks go about trying to woo the public.
